About the role - As a Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility of a 78 bed dementia care service. Duties include recruitment, training, budgeting, liaison with relatives and external agencies, monitoring care plans, ensuring the home complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements and managing rotas to name a few.
Qualifications and Experience required - This Home Manager role requires the person to have a Level 5 in Health and Social Care, previous management experience, a thorough knowledge of dementia care and able to evidence longevity in pervious roles. Being a car driver is also essential.
