Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to work for a fast growing Fintech company in the East Midlands.
The successful candidate will have a wealth of Consumer Finance, Credit & Lending and Debt Consolidation knowledge.
What we are looking for:
- Experienced in leading commercial discussions
- You will need to be outgoing and tenacious, resilient and a self-starter
- Experience in operating at the most senior levels of organisations both internally and externally
- Strong track record or developing new business opportunities
- Excellent knowledge of Consumer Finance, Credit & Lending and Debt Consolidation knowledge
- No previous sales experience required however it is preferred
Key responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Developing leads and contacting potential customers
- Devising sales strategies and implementing them
- Keeping up to date with trends within your sector
- Liaising with colleagues and making sure aims are shared and worked towards
- Making sure targets are met
- Helping to identify business weaknesses and actualising opportunities for growth
