Working Pattern: Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in Head Office, Abingdon, Oxon

Gigaclear is on a mission to bring faster full fibre broadband to rural Britain. We’re already the No1 alternative network rural provider with over 100k customers and on track to build network coverage for over 1m homes by 2027. It’s an exciting time to join.

In 2024, we are significantly up weighting our focus on B2B marketing and we are looking for someone to spearhead this. You will lead on the development of the B2B Marketing strategy, utilising customer insight, designing segmented Go-To-Market plans that work across multi-channels.

You will plan and deliver campaigns involving direct mail, digital and events

Manage external design agencies

Lead on optimising the website content

Work closely with the desk and field sales teams 

About you:

Perhaps you’re a senior marketing executive looking to build on your marketing experience, take the lead and make a big impact in your first management role within a new growth market or are you an experienced B2B marketing manager who is looking for a fresh challenge in an exciting new category and up and coming company.

Ideally you will have demonstrable B2B marketing experience, but we are open to a B2C marketer with interest and potential to excel in B2B

Able to easily switch between planning and hands-on execution

Analytical thinker who is good at analysing data and insights in order to develop robust plans

Strong communication and collaborative skills

Commercially minded

Experience of delivering mix of offline and digital comms

Works collaboratively with sales teams

Our team:

You’ll be joining a marketing team of 18 covering B2C, digital, PR and community engagement. We collectively come into our Abingdon office for 2-3 days a week. To start with you will have the support of a Marketing executive and we anticipate you will go onto to build a B2B marketing team over-time.
