Following a detailed conversation with a Contracts Manager of a Kent based House Builder this morning I am looking to speak to Site Managers on the Kent coast to deliver a development of 132 units.
The development between Canterbury and Herne Bay will consist of 30 flats in 3 x low rise blocks and a further 102 Traditional Build houses.
Key Requirements:
Extensive experience with a Volume House Builder.
NHBC PIJ award winner ( either as No1 or part of a team).
Traditional Build experience.
Strong IT Skills.
Strong NHBC standards knowledge.
No1 Site Manager experience.
Stable career history.
Qualifications:
NVQ Level 6 in Site Management
Black CSCS Card
3 Day First Aid
Scaffold Inspection
Temporary Works
On Offer:
Basic salary up to £72k
Car allowance of £6.5k or company car
