Job Title: Programme Manager (Built Environment)

Location: Solihull, West Midlands

Salary: £27,425 - £45,500 per annum

Contract: Full time, permanent

Teaching Personnel are currently partnered with an FE College located in Solihull, who are actively wanting an experienced Programme Manager to join their team at their campus in Solihull. The programme manager will have responsibility for the Built Environment curriculum. They will also be involved in the continuous development of the provision within the wider school in which the build environment sits. The post holder will ensure that agreed targets are met and that provision is consistent across all areas of the school.

Responsibilities:

To support and line manage a team of teachers, assessors, and technicians within the school of Construction and the Built Environment.
To support the Head of School (HOS) in recruitment, retention, achievement and to ensure quality assurance within this area.
To support the HOS with effective induction, guidance, admissions, registration, and exam procedures.
To support the HOS with behaviour management issues including attendance, punctuality, and adherence to the code of conduct.
To support business planning and timetabling of the curriculum within the school under the direction of the HOS.
Requirements:

Appropriate Degree or significant industry experience in a relevant subject area.

Level 5 teaching qualification or working towards

Experience teaching in the FE sector.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
