Network IT is currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager, to join our client on a permanent basis. Our client is a growing business, who offer a range of solutions to their customers in cloud, mobile, data, voice and IT security, with dedicated account management and 24/7 support offerings.
 
The Role:
This role is an excellent opportunity to build a career in Service Delivery Management, providing public sector customers with excellent, pro-active technical account management and troubleshooting, supporting the product offerings from the business.
 
You’ll be trusted as a single point of contact within the account for Service Delivery, attending meetings, working to understand challenges the customer faces, specifically in telephony and networking – all with an aim to provide the highest service standards to the customer account.
 
As the SDM, you will take ownership of technical issues and problem management, working with engineers to resolve technical issues, whilst also being proactive about trying to improve the service based on trends with the customer.

Employment type: Permanent
Basic Salary: £35,000 to £42,000 + benefits
Location: Solihull (3/4 Days Onsite)
 
Selected Key Skills:

Service Delivery Management experience
Knowledge of working with Public Sector customers
Knowledge of telecommunications / networking products – or supporting customers with these issues
ITIL Qualified or trained
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Able to work to / and manage SLA’s and KPI’s 
Able to travel to customer sites for face to face meetings
