Tradestech are currently seeking experienced Civils Site Supervisor for 4 months work in St Albans.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and supervise daily enabling works and other activities on site.
* Coordinate and schedule work among Sub-Contractors and direct labour.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
* Monitor progress and quality of work, providing guidance as necessary.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople, suppliers, and contractors.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor with a background in Civils is essential for this role.
* In-depth knowledge of groundworks techniques, materials, and processes.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
* Excellent communication skills for effective coordination between teams.
Must have a valid CSCS card, SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid training
