Role Description:
Our on-site CA team is seeking a highly motivated On-Site Construction Administration Intern specializing in Interior Design to join our team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction industry, specifically focusing on interior design projects. The selected candidate will work closely with experienced professionals, actively participating in various aspects of construction administration on-site.
Role Accountabilities:
Active Site Walks: Accompany senior staff on site walks to assess progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
Field Report Generation: Compile detailed reports based on site visits, documenting observations, issues, and progress.
Flagging and Coordination: Identify and flag any observed issues, coordinating between different parties (contractors, designers, project managers) to ensure prompt resolution.
RFI Response: Assist in responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) by gathering necessary information and communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders.
Submittal Processing: Support the submittal process by reviewing documents, tracking approvals, and maintaining organized records.
