Architectural Technician
£30,000 to £40,000
My client is a successful developer who is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to assist and support with planning and technical drawings along with coordinating information.
Responsibilities:
* Preparation of land bid site layout based on masterplan designed by the Design Manager, using drawings, AutoCAD or Revit to do so
* Support the team in preparation of plans in line with policies adhered to
* Daily maintenance of programmes
* Assisting in the delivery of effective and relevant legal documentation for each development or phase
* Liaising with onsite teams and office teams on project progress
* Regular reporting
* Attending site visits to carry out reflected practice.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Design and Technical Department for housing contractors
* Experienced in Autodesk Revit
* Competent AutoCAD user
* Computer literate
* Understanding of residential building design & construction
