Welder

We need a welder to work on a permanent late shift in Ipswich, Suffolk. This will be a varied welding role, predominantly TIG welding you will also be involved with some MIG and other fabrication.

We are offering a starting salary £16ph+ with a future pay increases available.

Hours of work are 14:00-22:00.

To be successful for this role, you MUST be able to TIG & MIG weld mild & stainless steel & some aluminium. You will be required to work independently so it is essential that you can read and work from engineering drawings and comply with weld symbols and standards as required.

The company offer a fantastic facility that is well-kept, clean workshop which follows lean manufacturing processes.

Welder fabricator duties include: -

TIG & MIG welding to thin gauges
Fabricating with various hand & power tools
Use of cutting, drilling & grinding machinery
Always follow & adhere to the company's health and safety standards
MUST be a competent welder & able to work own your own initiative. We are only considering welders with 5+ year's experience in the field.
