We are recruiting for a Hotel Manager to work at a new luxury residential development in Dartford. This is a full time, permanent role - working Monday to Friday office hours. Salary of up to £60-65K depending on experience.

What will you be doing as Hotel Manager?

Accountability for the resident experience, ensuring that exceptional 5* customer service is being delivered at all times by all staff
Answering queries or complaints from residents quickly and efficiently
Overseeing contractors and ensuring work is carried out to the highest standard
Ensuring the successful management of the development
Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the scheme
Overall budgetary responsibility

What are we looking for from our Hotel Manager?

An experienced manager from a similar environment such as:
Residential accommodation / Hotels & Hospitality / Commercial building such as gym, spa, high-end offices etc / Serviced offices

Passionate about providing customer service at the highest standards
Experience managing a budget
Positive, pro-active, with a can-do attitude!
