About the Role:
Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students remain on task and engaged with their learning.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Support the school in maintaining a positive learning environment and promoting high standards of student conduct.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classroom behaviour in a calm and assertive manner.
Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
