Sales Coordinator
Salary: up to £31,449.60
Location : Portsmouth
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00/5.30pm
Working as part of a highly motivated sales team, you will be responsible for be handling initial inbound enquires in a timely manner offering customers advice, solutions and pricing for their individual requirements.
Key duties include the following :
·Ensuring overall customer satisfaction by guiding the customer through the sales process
·Providing competitive pricing and advice within a prompt timeframe
·To follow up any outstanding enquiries ensuring conversion from quotation to booking.
·Nurture and build long standing relationships.
·Complete all levels of administration to a high standard.
The ideal Logistics Sales Coordinator will have / be:
·Experience within the transport and logistics industry.
·Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
·Organised with strong administration experience.
·Be strongly skilled mathematical problem-solving, with a can do' attitude.
·Ability to use own initiative and prioritise workload
