IT Support Engineer - Birmingham / Remote - £35,000
Austin Fraser is hiring an IT Support Engineer on behalf of their client. They are a healthcare organisation that's looking for a professional who can support the wider business and all of their systems.This role involves collaboration with the infrastructure and service delivery teams as well as variety of vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and document technical requirements.
Collaborate with internal IT and vendors.
Review business needs and propose solutions.
Manage change requests and implement enhancements.
Lead the transition of solutions to live service.Required Skills:
Understanding of payroll and finance systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft tools - Azure, Office 365 & Power Automate.
Strong communication and business analysis skills.
