Thorn Baker's social housing specialist client is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team in Birmingham. As a leader in their field, they are constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation to address the needs of an ever-changing environment and relentlessly committing to the highest standards.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing social housing projects and managing multiple projects across the Midlands.

Your Responsibilities:

To project manage a number of complex projects, from inception through to handover to business.
Ensuring the delivery of specified products and services within agreed time, quality and cost parameters
To develop, streamline and nurture key relationships with project stakeholders, encouraging a future-orientation and championing the values of the organisation.
Required Skills:

2+ years' experiencein house building
Track record of successful management and delivery of projects as well as experience of successful partnership working, relationship development and management
Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
SMSTS, CSCS and First aid needed
Full UK driving license.
