Job Description
As our Sales Manager, you will coach, develop, and grow our sales team and generate revenue by selling marketing and advertising services to new and existing clients. You will generate and assign leads, ensure proper follow-up on provided leads, increase the client base, and enroll Local Profile as the go-to marketing and advertising services provider. You will serve our clients through regular, positive, and proactive communication and act as an ambassador for the company, working diligently to create brand awareness.
More specifically, you will:
Generate new leads and enter them into AdOrbit (CRM) 
Assign leads to the sales team as appropriate and ensure leads are contacted according to the sales plan and goals
Ensure that the sales team is meeting designated KPIs
Attend client appointments with the team to observe and coach
Facilitate one group coaching session per week and one 1x1 session per week with each team member
Provide the leadership team with accurate sales forecasts
Demonstrate continuous learning by participating in relevant webinars, training sessions, etc.
