Randstad is working with an international real estate developer in the search for an Assistant Project Manager to join the team in Dubai, UAE. If you're passionate about luxury retail, design, and building extraordinary spaces that leave a lasting impression, this could be the role for you.

As an Assistant Project Manager, your primary focus will be on luxury retail projects, where you'll oversee every stage of development, from concept to completion. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure that our projects not only meet but exceed the highest standards of quality, design, and functionality. The role will require extensive travel to projects in Europe, the ME and North America.

Key responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of luxury retail projects, including design, construction, and budget management
Liaise with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or discrepancies
Implement efficient project management processes and strategies to optimise work-flow and minimise risks
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and exceed their expectationsTo be considered, candidates must have:

Bachelor degree in architecture, construction or related field
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
A keen eye for design and a passion for creating extraordinary spaces.
