SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm; every other Friday would have a 6:00am start time for mandatory staff meetings.
PAY: $21.74/hr.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Will be the first point of contact, will greet customers, provide product knowledge, enter orders in-person or over the phone, respond to emails and follow up calls on orders placed address any delays.
* Pull orders for carryout or delivery.
* Friendly and helpful, will build relationships with customers.
* Providing excellent customer service and promoting sales of products.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A COUNTER SALES ASSOCIATE:
* 2 years of customer service experience with a good track record.
* Basic computer proficiency (Word/Excel)
* Phone skills.
* Physical ability to move and lift products.
* Stellar customer service skills
* Sales mentality
* HVAC industry experience a PLUS!
* Clean driving record (will need to pull record)
* Pre-employment screening prior to start
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
