Essential Job Functions
Strategic Builder: Design and/or curate the best resources to fulfill our strategies for launching and growing groups across all campuses, equipping and empowering teams to engage attendees effectively.
Training and Support: Provide ongoing resources, training, and support campuses with the necessary resources and pathways to promote effective Next Step engagement.
Pathway Development: Collaborate with Adult Ministries to design clear pathways for attendees to take their Next Steps in their spiritual journey, ensuring alignment with CCV's vision and values.
Performance Metrics: Define and communicate group health metrics and benchmarks for success, offering insights and guidance to campuses to optimize group effectiveness.
