Job Role: Childrens Residential Support Worker
Job Location: Leicester
Hourly rate: GBP14ph-GBP15ph
Shifts: Days, nights, weekends (Flexible)

As one of the largest Social Care agencies in the UK, Prospero Health and Social Care have some exciting short- and long-term opportunities for Support Workers within Social Housing, Childrens Services and Care Homes.
You will be working as part of a team to assist clients and staff which will include:
- To give advice, assistance and support to young people.
- To attend to their practical, physical and emotional needs.
- Providing advice, assistance, and support on a 1-1 basis to enable young people.
- Providing emotional support at times or difficulty.
- Responsible for health and safety.

Candidate expectation:
- Level 3 in Children and Young People (desirable).
- Childrens Residential Experience.
- 1 Year minimum UK experience working with children and young people.
- Experience working with children and young people and their families in a residential setting.
- Be a an appropriate role model and to work closely with them to enable them to address their
difficulties and to achieve their optimum potential.
- Being familiar with all policies and procedures and adhering to them.
- Relevant IT Skills - Update and maintain daily logs and records.
