As the Senior Perms Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to:-

Build client relationships and account manage clients
Sell recruitment business solutions over the telephone and face to face.
Offer an excellent quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control
Monitor performances to ensure that the client and candidates are consistently satisfied.
Achieve targets and adhere to agreed action plans.
As the successful Senior Perms Recruitment Consultant you will need:-

To be results driven with a proven ability to succeed in a highly competitive marketplace
Be able to demonstrate a history of high billings
Be able to demonstrate how you will develop your sector
Possess a strong business and commercial acumen
Be articulate, well presented and sharp
To the successful Senior Perms Recruitment Consultant we can offer:-

A base salary of up £45k
A great comms scheme
Fully remote or hybrid working.
