Position: IT Support Specialist & Trainer
Location: Bristol
Salary: £28k - £30k per Annum (Depending on Experience)
Work Mode: Hybrid - 3 days Onsite
Are you an experienced IT Support Specialist with a knack for customer training? Our client in the IT sector is on the lookout for someone like you! This role offers a mix of remote 1st line application support and occasional travel to client sites, providing training on software solutions. Responsibilities:
Delivering user training and support to our esteemed customer base.
Visiting both new and existing clients to conduct on-site training sessions.
Conducting classroom training sessions at the office.
Providing first and second-line technical support.
Testing software in various environments, including web, desktop, and mobile.
Writing bug reports and reviewing technical documentation.Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a helpdesk role.
Strong background in training customers, trainers, and web-based training.
Some experience in software testing.Benefits:
