Internal Recruitment Partner

Exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced in-house recruitment team within the UKs leading home improvements organisation.  

We are seeking an internal recruiter to join our team and support recruitment activities across our business encompassing a broad range of employed and self-employed opportunities across the country. This is a great opportunity to gain high volume recruitment experience and develop as an internal recruiter within a National Company.

The role will include:

Resourcing candidates using appropriate job sites to suit individual roles
Build and maintain relationships with candidates providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Full 360 recruitment process with and on behalf of hiring managers
Delivery of high-volume recruitment campaigns
Recruitment administration including setting interviews/feedback on behalf of hiring managers
Innovative ideas to attract high calibre candidates & on occasion attending recruitment fairs
Hybrid/remote working opportunity
Requirements:

Knowledge and experience of working with an Application Tracking System.
Candidate resourcing experience ideally within construction or sub-contracted sectors.
Experience of recruiting within professional sectors such as Finance, Digital Marketing and IT desirable (not essential)
IT literate strong in excel, coupled with great organizational skills, with commercial recruitment experience.
Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
