Smile Education are recruiting on behalf of a primary school based in Erdington.
The school are seeking a classroom teacher to thrive to teach their year 5 class.
Successful candidates will:
· Hold a valid QTS.
· Show a positive and uplifting manner.
· Be able to deliver and plan effective lessons to the whole class.
· Have successfully completed teaching placements or experience in KS2 classes.
What your day will look like?
Planning and presenting engaging lessons to the whole class, assigning tasks, and encouraging group and class discussions.
Deliver Maths and English interventions where necessary.
Prepare and support the children’s transition to Year 6.
Manage class behaviour securely.
Setting homework and work tasks for children.
Marking assessments and completing reports to measure students’ progress.What are the benefits of working with us?
