Recruitment Resourcer / Consultant
Location: Leicester, New Walk
Hours: Part Time / Flexible, Monday to Friday 9.30am to 2.30pm
Pay rate: £11.44 / hr
Temporary to permanent position for the right candidate
The job:

* Making outbound calls to potential workers
* Discussing career backgrounds and assessing suitability
* Gathering details related to Right to Work
* Speaking to candidates to understand their job preferences
* Updating personnel records
* Using social media for candidate sourcing
* Conducting candidate interviews
* Assisting candidates through assessments and client inductions
* Answering incoming telephone calls
* Learning and assisting with worker compliance (eligibility to work)
* Performing various administrative duties
Requirements:

* Recruitment or Customer service background
* Self-motivated
* Good communication skills
* Organized
* Confident
* Willingness to learn
* Hardworking
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* PC literate
Working Hours:
*
* 25 hours per week
* 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday
* Flexibility required to accommodate business needs
