COMPLEX CARE WORKER
We are seeking experienced Support / Care Workers to work with service users with complex care needs such as peg feed, tracheotomy, hoisting etc. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a company grow and to ensure the lives of the service are fully supported with excellent levels of care.
* Competitive salary £14/£15 per hour
* Shifts are 8am - 8pm or 8pm to 8am and can be part or full time

The Role:
As a complex care worker, your role will include:
* Overseeing the delivery of care services
* Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
* Liaising with families, and healthcare professionals
* Following of policies and procedures
* Looking after service users with complex needs
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the care role should have:
* Excellent communication skills
* Have a strong character
* Have experience of working with service users with complex needs (and full training will be given in complex care - paid for
