Job Title: Project Manager (Super Prime High-End Residential Fit-Out)

As we continue to expand our portfolio of super prime high-end residential projects, we seek a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our elite team.
Job Summary: The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of super prime high-end residential fit-out projects in London. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing luxury residential projects, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of high-end residential fit-out projects from inception to completion.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Coordinate and manage the activities of project teams, including architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
* Liaise with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions as needed.
* Manage procurement processes, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
* Foster a collaborative and productive working environment, promoting teamwork and professional development within the project team.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on high-end residential fit-outs.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering super prime residential projects in London.
* Strong understanding of luxury residential construction processes, materials, and finishes.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and other relevant tools.
* Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
