Boden Group have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Facilities Manager to join one of the leading public sector facilities management providers.

You will be working for an organisation with a strong public service ethos, where they recognise the unique skills and experiences people bring into the organisation and will help you develop and grow.

As an technical services manager you will be the focal point for all matters hard services related, including PPMs, Reactive maintenance, safety, risk & compliance, people engagement, financials, and stakeholder management.

Your Day-to-day as an Technical Facilities Manager

* Management of a team of staff providing Hard FM services

* Compliance with Health and Safety (H&S) of activities undertaken on site under FM control.

* Co-ordinating periodic Site Manager’s meetings to liaise with other departments on any site H&S Issues

* Management of planned maintenance and reactive maintenance

* Manage subcontractor performance and the inspection of work that has been undertaken by subcontractors

Personal Attributes

* Able to gain SC Clearance.

* Hold an HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

* 3 years’ experience working in a similar role

* Hold BS7671 18th Edition – IET Wiring Regs

* You will need to build relationships and use effective communication throughout your role.

* You will have strong communication skills and proven leadership skills.
