As Head of R&D, you will play a pivotal role in managing specific R&D initiatives and strategy, as well as developing and growing the people and processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead the management of specific R&D projects from inception to completion, ensuring milestones are met and objectives achieved.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of skilled chemists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for lab optimisation, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices for enhanced efficiency.
Communication: Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of project goals.
Strategy: As part of the senior leadership, you will be a key part and driver of strategy development and implimentationRequirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry or related field.
Extensive experience in roles with accountability for R&D people and projects
Proven track record of successful project delivery within a scientific or industrial setting.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
