Job title: Section Engineer
Location: Solihull (On-Site)
Contract length: 12 months
Working hours: Monday - Friday; Day shift
Pay rate: £500 per day
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Section Engineer to join a leading infrastructure company.
The Section Engineer will oversee engineering operations within a specific section, ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves planning, managing resources, supervising site activities, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Key responsibilities
* Undertake day-to-day engineering activities within the assigned section
* Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
* Participate site inspections and ensure work is completed to specifications.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Key Skills
* Previous experience working with Structures or Roadway, Drainage construction, Surfacing, kerbing and VRS works
* EUSR training
* CSCS
* CAT and Genny training
* SMSTS
