Transport Planner

Transport Planner- Monday to Friday shift pattern - required for an immediate start in Bidford-on- Avon.

Pure Staff are recruiting for a Transport Planner working day shifts starting at 09.00 till 17.00 on a Monday to Friday shift pattern based in the Bidford-on-Avon area. This role is an immediate start on a 'Temp to Perm' successful candidates must complete a minimum of 12-weeks before the position is permanent.

Our customer is looking for a Transport Planner who is flexible to work Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate must fit the criteria listed below:

Duties of the Transport Planner -

General administration
MUST have at least 1 year's transport planning experience
Planning driver routes and shifts
Understanding driver regulations and working time directive
Managing and debriefing drivers' infringements
Speaking to customers in a professional manner
Driver debriefs before and after shifts.
Dealing with calls from clients and driversThe ideal Candidate-

Good knowledge of Excel
Reliable
Excellent time keeping
Recent transport experience is essential for this role.Pay rates-

Salary will be based on 37.5hrs - 40hrs a week paying £26,000 per annum.

Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly Umbrella Margins and/or Payroll Processing Fees.
