We are currently searching for a Site Manager for a recladding project in Walsall. The existing structure will have the current cladding removed before being refitted with new compliant cladding.
As Site Manager you will be leading the project while reporting into a contracts manager, your duties will include:
* Ensure the safe removal of the existing cladding
* Supervise firebreak checks
* Oversee the installation of the new cladding which will be a mixture of aluminium and Rockpanel systems
* Keep strict records of all cladding works
* Supervise the subcontractor carrying out the works and make sure they are adhering to the programme.
Required:
* Candidates must have experience with cladding, whether its install on a new build or a similar recladding scheme
* Candidates can come from either a main contractor, developer or subcontractor background
* Applicants must hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
