🌟Salary: £24,000 - £26,000

📍 Location: Doncaster

Our client, a leading company in their industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Technical Administrator.

🏭 Organisation: Our client is a well-established company with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As a Technical Administrator, you will be an integral part of their team, managing changes to the Quality Systems and assisting the Group Quality Manager with all aspects of Quality.

💼 Role Overview:

As a Technical Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate maintenance of Quality Documentation throughout the organisation. You will also assist with document control systems and follow the Group Quality audit schedules.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

✅ Managing changes to the Quality Systems

✅ Handling general administrative duties, including filing paperwork and electronic filing.

✅ Working within schedules and incorporating a number of quality systems.

✅ Ensuring accurate document control systems and following up on outstanding tasks.

✅ Updating changes to Quality Systems documents.

✅ Following Group Quality audit schedules and ensuring prompt responses.

✅ Taking meeting minutes

🔍 Person Specification:

Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Programmes, including Word and Excel.

Relevant Experience: Previous administrative experience is essential. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience within a quality department in a manufacturing/production organisation

Skills and Competencies: Excellent report production and communication skills, data analysis abilities.

Attitudes and Behaviours: Team player, self-motivated, proactive problem solver.
