Responsibilities:

Prepare, cut, and trim meats according to customer preferences and specifications

Ensure that all meat products are stored and handled safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations

Maintain a clean and organised work area to uphold hygiene standards

Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries and offering recommendations

Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Butcher or a strong interest in the field

Knowledge of different cuts of meat and the ability to handle various tools and equipment

Excellent knife skills and attention to detail

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high standard of work

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
