Office Administrator
£25,000-£30,000 plus discretionary bonus, Harrogate, modern & bright purpose built offices, free on site parking, 32 days annual leave, small, friendly team, full or part time opportunity.

Due to continued business growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit an office administrator for this established customer focused independent local business. This is a varied office and accounts administration role working alongside a small friendly team. You will become an integral part of the daily operational team.

For this office administrator role we are looking for someone who has exceptional administration skills with a keen eye for detail. This is a fast-paced business and you will need to input accurate data on a daily basis. You will have the confidence and competence to multitask and use multiple systems. You will ideally have experience using a CRM system and possess a friendly and professional telephone manner.

Office Administrator Responsibilities:

Manage incoming e-mails and prioritise into daily task list
Accurately manage staff hours, holidays and rotas
Manage stock lists and reorder products where necessary
Process invoices accurately on Xero
Maintain and update customer account records
Ensure all communications are logged on the CRM
Accurate record keeping
General office admin to support the team
Act as a high performing team member able to assist where necessaryAdministrator Requirements:

Strong administration skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent IT skills with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Have the ability to prioritise your workload
A team player, happy to provide support where needed
Excellent customer service skills with a good telephone manner
This is an office based role, ideally full time, however for the right candidate we would consider a 4 day working week or part time hours working around school hours or similar. This office administrator role would suit someone who has worked as a PA, office assistant, administrator, scheduler or in a busy office environment or has worked at office manager level and is now looking for a step down.
