Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant

Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant.
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £38k + Training + Benefits

We are recruiting in the Northamptonshire area for a professional and independent Asbestos Consultancy. They are now looking to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant to join their team. You will be carrying out an asbestos surveying duties across a mixed portfolio of sites, alongside providing clients with excellent consultancy advice and support. This role would be suitable for someone who is looking to work for a medium sized company with more of a family feel who is dedicated to providing high quality work to their clients and training their employees to the highest standard.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Wellingborough, Kettering, Peterborough, Cambridge, Leicester, Nottingham, Oxford, Banbury, High Wycombe, Abingdon, Derby, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray, Loughborough.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Will hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
" Excellent hands-on experience working as an Asbestos surveyor.
" Extensive experience providing consultancy support and advice for clients.
" Able to use industry relevant systems.
" Well versed in HSG 264 guidelines.
The Role:
" Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines, carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Producing comprehensive reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Sampling ACMs.
" Assisting with training for new employees.
" Ensuring to bag and label ACM samples prior to sending for analysis.
