Service or Senior Service Advisor Required in the Crawley area
£25,000 - £30,000 doe + £10k+ Uncapped OTE
Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings paid at overtime rate
Main Dealer benefits, brand training etc...We are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor in the Crawley area.
Our client is an Automotive Main Dealer and they are seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join their busy Service Department.
For your hard work as a Senior Service Advisor for our Client, you can expect a salary with up to £40,000 OTE.
Duties as a Senior Service Advisor will include:

Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Part of this Service Advisor role will include preparing and completing Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of workOur Client is ideally seeking Senior Service Advisors who have previous working experience within a Main Dealer environment.
To be successful in this Senior Service Advisor role you will be customer-focused and have the ability to upsell effectively.
