We are looking for an experienced self-shooter / filmmaker to join their expanding team. With a client list that ranges from local small businesses to world famous faces, and a high-speed schedule that shows no sign of slowing down, there has never been a better time to join this talented crew.

Responsibilities:

Develop creative ideas for shoots depending on requirement/responsibility for handover of shoots when acting as "Filmmaker"
Act as a self-shooting filmmaker on shoots that require one and preparing media for shoots
Forward planning of equipment allocation to support the entire team
Keeping kit reservations up to date, liaising with individual team members to avoid clashes/reporting clashes
Keeping track of new and emerging technologies
Pre-planning elements of a shoot within the lighting department, such as writing crew briefings, checking kit scope, and ensuring kit requirement stays within budget
Ensuring the smooth operation of shoots on set, tending to client requests
Following schedules and assisting on organisational tasks with production team
Liaising with third parties to organise additional equipment where necessary, as well as departments
Ensuring operational protocol & systems are always followed and creating risk assessments for pre-lights, shoots, and projects
Ensuring the team follow correct safe-working systems whilst working on set and in the studio spaceSkills and Requirements:

Driving License & your own vehicle
Ongoing understanding of new technologies in film (camera focused)
Strong organisational skills, team management skills / experience leading a team
Cinematography skills & self-shooting experience
Good understanding of camera operation, rigs & technical setups, video playback
Good understanding of safe working practices on set and safe backing up of data
Be comfortable working a 10+ hour day
