Commercial Gas Fitter

The Company:
Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies, T/O c£70m, who design, install and maintain commercial M&E services.
The Role:
Working in and around the Leeds area, you will be responsible for the installation of gas boilers, heating plant ,boiler replacements and associated pipework in commercial offices, plant rooms of residential blocks and gyms. You maybe required to work away from time to time as and when required, however there is a large amount of works in the local area for it not to be too frequent.
The Person:
It is essential that you are a fully qualified commercial plumber with experience of installation of commercial boilers and associated pipework .
You must have the commercial gas ACS elements - COCN1, TPCP1 and TPCP1A.
The Salary:
DOOR TO DOOR TRAVEL PAID AT TIME AND A HALF
Basic £37,856 + 23 days holiday + 3%/5% pension + O/T rates of x 1.5 (£27.30) after 8 hours daily and x 2 (£41.20) Saturday after first 5 hours and all day Sunday.
40 Hours per week
Company van and fuel card
Paid door to door travel at X1.5 (£27.30 / hour) - 30 mins travel each way equates to £7k on top of the basic , 1hr travel each way is £14k on top of basic .
