Context of the mission/Objective(s) of the job
IAM Operator Terms of Mission: As part of its activities, Client is looking for an IAM Operator to join its operational IT security team. The mission is to be filled full-time for an estimated period of 2 years (possibility of extension).

Part of the mission may, in consultation with the manager, be done remotely, but a presence on the Gosselies site for a minimum of 2 days a week is mandatory.

As the Gosselies site is not easily accessible by public transport, possession of a driving licence and a vehicle will be preferable for travel.

Responsibilities

• Creation of all account types in SAP IDM
• Management / follow-up / extension of accounts every 1 / 3 / 12 months
• Analyze tickets concerning loss of access / need for access / user complaints
• Assign access through SAP IDM
• Assign access in decentralized tools
• AD reporting using an AD Info type tool
• Communicate and follow up on tickets with HR
• Student management (from mid-June to mid-September)
• Detailed analysis of the morning file with the changes of the interns
• If necessary implementation of corrections in SAP IDM with the help of HR or the people concerned
  Carry out reporting / cross-referencing of data between SAP IDM / AD / HR File
  
• Set up Business Roles in SAP IDM
• Maintain business roles based on organizational structures
• Work autonomously with the different departments related to HR / document management / ITSM

Requirements
Technical and functional talents:

• Competence in global IT (understanding / analysis / use)
• Ability and willingness to increase your skills quickly on Sapidm
• Good knowledge of XLS / Basic knowledge of SQL
• Analyze and understand current
• SQL scripts
  

Soft skills:

• Analytical mind + understanding of problems
• Be customer-oriented
• Resistant to stress
• Easy integration into a team and good communication

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of SQL / Analyze and understand current SQL scripts
• Good command of Excel (including macros)
• Experience with IAM tools
• Experience in operational IAM
• Junior (1 to 2 years) (2,00 years)
• Experience with AD or Entraid
• Experience with one of the following tools: SAP IDM, SailPoint, Okta
• Experience in an SAP ECC environment
• Language requirement: Level of French C2 on the European CEFR scale
