A global medical device company are in urgent need of a Senior Process Development Engineer to join their Research and Development team on a contract basis. Your role will be to help with the test methods for testing the product during development. You will help process development to develop the method for rolling production. Defining the methods, validating tests to be set up in the right way, writing protocols for tests, interacting with other engineers. One of the very important things is to be willing to be pro-active. Personal skills to reach out, be relentlessness, keep the sub suppliers and project on track.
Day to day responsibilities include:
Keep tasks running
Be part of scrum meetings
Securing samples
Development of the methods
Various tests, for example, test strengths, contact with bio-tests, radial force
Essential skills:
Experience within test methods
Knowledge about writing protocols
Development of tests
Knowledge about test methods
Knowledge about process development
Proactive work ethic
Distance communication skills
Finishing and completing tasks
Desirable skills:
Development of testing and chemical biological experience
Communication and interpersonal skills
The start date is for ASAP. The initial contract length is for 18 months. The role is remote based and the site is in Denmark, near Copenhagen. It would be great to get you there for the first week to meet the team and then 1-2 monthly visits from there. The rate is from €75-100 per hour depending on experience, if you have any expenses please let me know and I can factor that into the rate for you.
