HR Advisor

A great opportunity for a generalist Senior HR Advisor partnering a business area for all aspects of HR including operational HR, Employee Relations, L&D and Recruitment.

You will be working as part of a HR team 3 days per week office based and 2 days WFH

Description

Collaboratively develop the People Strategy, and deliver across the organisation, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Advise leaders and colleagues on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives for a more equitable workplace.
Support organisational change efforts, including workforce planning.
Provide coaching and development support to managers and employees.
Partner with the People Team to create and deliver training and development programs.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to maintain competitive talent acquisition and retention. Profile

A successful 'Senior HR Advisor' should have:

Proven experience as a Senior HR Advisor
Stakeholder management with a positive, can do approach
Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and detail-oriented approach.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
