Senior Estimator

My client are a leading, specialist interiors sub-contractor providing expertise across all aspects of dry lining, plastering, partitioning, ceilings, steel framing systems, fire protection services, and rendering. They have worked alongside a number of leading main contractors and developers, gaining an excellent reputation for delivering high quality projects.

Due to sustained growth and increased workload, they are seeking a Senior Estimator to join their team and work on projects across the North West and surrounding areas.

As the Senior Estimator, your duties and responsibilities will include:

Taking overall lead on all estimating functions.
Responsible for the production of tenders, budget estimates, and cost plans.
Review of bid documents, drawings, specifications, and other reports applying a good understanding of all components of a tender submission.
Identify any financial, design, production, and contractual risks/opportunities.
Measure quantities and produce Bills of Quantities and/or oversee their production by others.
Overseeing all received/submitted tenders
Overseeing a team of assistant estimatorsSalary: The salary for this position is negotiable but up to around £65,000.
