Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Government Contract – Lydd, Kent  – up to £38,000 + Package

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Lydd has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer based on a Government Contract in Lydd, Kent He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £38,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00Key duties & Responsibilities

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
Emergency lighting tests
Control Panels
Changing Ballast
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
Maintain and update Log books
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motors
Compliance and logbooks
Chillers and pressurisation units
Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.Requirements

Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
City & Guilds - 18th Edition
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
Must go through site clearance checks 
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
