Key Responsibilities:

Daily activities will vary based on experience and may include:

Leading and managing project management teams
Developing and managing client relationships and business opportunities
Participating in business development forums and sector groups
Collaborating across all offices in project management
Expanding the client base with new and repeat clients
Establishing detailed client briefs and communication procedures
Arranging feasibility studies and obtaining necessary statutory approvals
Preparing and maintaining master programmes for all project activities
Managing finances, including cash flow forecasts and project expenditure
Leading Design Teams, risk and value management
Conducting contractor selection, tender evaluation, and appointment
Overseeing construction quality and conformity to specifications
Administering building contracts and preparing necessary documentation
Chairing project meetings and preparing regular client reports
Taking day-to-day responsibility for projects/workstreams
