We're excited to announce we have a fantastic opportunity for either two Registered Managers for two 3 bed EBD homes or one Dual Registered Manager to take full responsibility for both homes in Burton on Trent.

Registered Manager responsibilities
Monitor and ensure the delivery of high quality, child-centred services
Manage all operations of the Children's Home, including staff management and development
Ensure the home is compliant with Ofsted regulations and standards
Work closely with families, social workers and other stakeholders. Registered Manager requirements
A strong working knowledge of EBD and behaviour that challenges
A minimum of 2 years experience of working within a Children's Residential Home within the last 5 years
At least 1 years experience within a Supervisory or Leadership role within a Children's Home setting
A minimum Level 3 Residential Child Care Diploma, with a willingness to work towards obtaining a Level 5 Diploma if not already in place
In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and quality standards
A full UK Driving License. What We Offer
