Our client based in Northampton require an enthusiastic Property Sales Administrator to join their team working in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required.
* Progress property sales and liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, estate agents, surveyors, and mortgage lenders.
* Manage and maintain a pipeline of property sales.
* Maintain a database whilst ensuring all notes and updates are logged onto the company Alto CRM system and communicated to relevant parties.
Requirements:
* Must have previous estate agency or conveyancing experience, with a full understanding of the legal process in the sale of residential properties.
* Excellent people skills and the ability to build a rapport with potential buyers/clients.
* Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* A Proactive and self-motivated work ethic.
* Knowledge of the local area.
