We have been approached to help recruit a Senior Software Developer for our innovative client based in Northampton.
Our client has enjoyed a period of rapid growth over the last few years, which has led to this requirement. The role would be to add both additional resource and some essential skills to their software team in order to enhance software being produced.
The role will suit someone with experience in designing user interfaces and understanding how people navigate software. The candidate should also have some experience and drive to lead the software team by coordinating workloads.
There is ample opportunity to grow and progress through the business, learning new skills and diversifying in the role.
Key Duties to include:
Writing and maintaining code
Coordinating team workload, preferably with agile methods
Maintaining good version control and good practice as a Completer-Finisher
Assessing and understanding customer needs to contribute towards product design
Ensuring software testing is undertaken prior to rollout
Coordinating code-reviews
Required/Essential Skills/Experience
UI & UX design and build
C# WPF or equivalent
GIT-type code repository
Team leader/coordination/management
Desirable experience

Video replay/streaming
SQL/MySQL
