Qualifications
Demonstrate skills with sourcing, networking, & filling a pipeline of qualified and passive talent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms (i.e., Recruiter, Workable, ZoomInfo Recruiter, etc.). ATS experience required, SaaS solution experience and interview scheduling software preferred.
Maintains transparency and confidentiality among candidates, internal staff and leadership.
Ability to travel as needed.
This role will be in-person in our Denver Tech Center office.
The estimated starting base salary for this role is $80,000-$100,000.

Your Day to Day:
Lead strategic hiring initiatives and develops innovative strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to prioritize recruiting needs across the company.
Provide innovative thinking, solutions, and market research to help Galloway stay on top of industry changes and new technology.
Develop relationships outside of Galloway by attending relevant industry networking events, career fairs, creating relationships with passive candidates, etc.
Oversee the full recruitment processes for assigned searches including, ad placement, resume screenings, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, ordering background checks, promoting our internal referral bonus program, etc.
Partner with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategy and platforms to attract and increase applicant flow.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
Professional recruiting certifications preferred (e.g., AIRS)
Experience
7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition is required.
Background in an architectural civil engineering, consulting engineering, interior design, or professional services firm is required.
