This is a family-owned country Dining Pub that is a key part of a small family owned, award winning group. This Pub is set in the North Norfolk countryside just outside the town of Holt. They are well known in the local area for offering great food in a relaxed Pub atmosphere.

What's involved?

This site has a small team of chefs so you must be organised and happy cooking with fresh ingredients and have a real passion for food. This role may suit a Junior Sous Chef looking to take the step up.
